Board of Directors
​
Our Board of Directors includes business leaders, doctors, financiers and highly conscientious individuals who are committed to providing students with an education that will foster their highest potential both academically and morally.
The Directors ensure that the Sathya Sai School of Toronto-Canada provides a healthy and safe environment for students, and presents Sathya Sai Baba’s educational philosophy alongside the Ontario Ministry of Education’s curriculum.

Staff
​
Our staff members come from diverse backgrounds, nations and traditions, offering students a richness of experience and culture that is woven into their classroom ambiance. They hold Doctorates, to Masters, to Bachelor of Education Degrees. Most staff members are OCT certified teachers or are certified in their special fields, such as Computers, Music, and Yoga. In addition, all staff have received special training in delivering values education from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education.
The five human values are thus integrated into all aspects of a student’s learning at the school, with love being the motivating energy behind all that happens. Our teachers are highly dedicated, intelligent, and creative individuals, whose love for teaching and learning motivates their students towards success.
Parent Council
​
Student success is the main focus of effective schools, and research shows that there is a clear connection between genuine parent involvement in schools and student achievement. The Sathya Sai School of Toronto-Canada believes that parental involvement is crucial for achieving their mission for Human Excellence.
For this reason, the Sathya Sai School has an active Parent Council which meets monthly and plays an active part in supporting the school's programs and activities. The Council helps at various school functions such as the Parent Parking Patrol, Year-End Concert, Open House, Sports Day and field trips.
Volunteers

Many dedicated volunteers have assisted the school’s students and staff over the years, in a spirit of selfless service. Their love and kindness have made them role models, inspiring our students to emulate their compassion and dedication to helping others. They form an important link in the school’s Triple Partnership of Teachers, Parents, Volunteers, with the students at the centre.
Visiting Speakers
​
Throughout the school year, speakers from Canada and abroad are invited to inform and inspire our students. They address a variety of topics, such as Science, Geography, Mental Health and Well-Being, Education, Multifaith Festivals, Government Operations, Citizenship, Humanitarian Projects, and Character Growth.
Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education

The Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education oversees the delivery of Sathya Sai Education in Human Values (SSEHV) to our school. Staff members of the Sathya Sai School are required to take the Standard Diploma Course. The Institute’s facilitators train the teachers and other staff members in the principles and methodology of Sathya Sai Baba’s educational philosophy. The Institute’s goal is to foster a holistic education based upon the five human values, which promotes both academic success and the development of good character. The Director of the Institute and its facilitators meet with teachers several times a year to continue their training and understanding of this unique educational model.
